2. Nature of the Service

Onyx is an independent, fan-made MMORPG server. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Jagex Ltd. All content is provided on an "as-is" basis.

3. Digital Items & Bonds

All items sold through the Onyx store are digital virtual items intended for use exclusively within the game environment.

• Items have no real-world value
• Items cannot be exchanged for real money
• Items do not grant unfair competitive advantages

4. Refund Policy (NO REFUNDS)

Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases are final. Once a digital item has been delivered to an in-game account, it is non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for accidental purchases, account bans, server downtime, or user dissatisfaction.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Purchases made on your account are considered authorized by you.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our rules, Terms & Conditions, or engage in abusive behavior.
