Where are you from?
How long have you been a part of Onyx?
Roughly 2+ months now
How many hours do you spend online daily?
It really depends on whether i'm at school or taking care of my son. Usually anywhere from 4-8 hours though
Are you active both in-game and on our forums?
Definitely active in game, I'm currently working on contributing more to the forums aspect though.
Why do you want to be part of our Staff team?
I enjoy helping a lot of our new players as well as our older ones that have general questions. I'm already very engaged with the community as well. I've been
playing OSRS/RS3 since I was roughly 10 years old so I have a wide variety of knowledge on content.
How would you describe your strengths?
I'm a people person. My time in the army allowed for me to learn how to adapt super quick to things. I found myself making my way up the ranks pretty quickly due to this.
I know how to communicate with players and rather than just give them the answers, I direct them to ways they can figure out the answer and learn the server as well.
How would you describe your weaknesses?
I'm still learning some of the end game content so I don't have a definitive answer for some of that content.
I have some anger issues that stem from the army that I'm currently seeking treatment for.
Please describe any experience in leadership roles you have or had:
Currently in a team leader position with the Army. I have a squad of 8 guys that I'm in charge of.
Why should we choose you over another member’s application?
I like to think that I'm generally liked by this community. I don't see a competition in staff applications as it's more of a supporting roll in helping
the community rather than trying to see who's better than the other.
In a short paragraph, please explain what you’ll bring to the server with this position and what you hope to achieve:
I've been a huge fan of Runescape since I've found out about it, whether it be private servers or the real game. I've always been pretty involved with communities
because what's the point of playing an mmorpg if not to engage with your community? Due to having a 2 year old and going to school full time, my time is pretty
much taken up, but when I do have free time, I choose to spend it on Onyx. I really enjoy our small but growing community very much. I enjoy interacting with everyone.
I've also learned what people enjoy doing (event wise) and hope to do more of these events with the players.
Do you understand that if you break rules, abuse powers, or turn out to be a horrendous Staff Member, you will be demoted and might have possible further actions taken against you depending on your actions?
