Application for support member at Onyx RSPS:
I'm at the age of 20, turning 21 in September.

Where are you from?
I'm from the Netherlands, Europe.
How long have you been a part of Onyx?
I've joined Onyx in the first 2 weeks of February, since that time I have played every day as far as I know. I'd say that this isn't a very long time if you'd ask me, but I've got a lot of in-game hours played already, 30 days on my main and about 20/30 on my other account.
How many hours do you spend online daily?
I spend about 3 hours minimum, up to 8 hours online a day. It might be more on the weekends though.
Are you active both in-game and on our forums?
I am very active in-game, less on the forums. I will be more active on the forums probably, very active on discord though.
Why do you want to be part of our Staff team?
I would like to be a part of the Staff team because I like to help people. This is one of my strengths, also I would love to host events for players to get into bossing. If not for events, some would never get into them. I already do help quite a lot of people and they appreciate it.
How would you describe your strengths?
Like I wrote in the question above, being able to help people is one of my strengths. I also enjoy doing it, to see people being content with the help you handed them. I'm quite patient and always open to learning new things. I'm always happy to get feedback so I can work on myself and change what needs to be changed.
How would you describe your weaknesses?
I am not the best with computers, I do know the basics, but mechanics-wise I'm a noob. My grammar is not too bad but can be wrong at some times. My English overall is not bad, but the grammar part could be improved if you'd ask me.
Please describe any experience in leadership roles you have or had:
I have once been a support member, but to be honest I don't count that as experience, because it's years ago. What I do count is the study I've finished a year ago. I studied management and worked as an assistant store manager for 1 year. Sadly, I had to leave the job because the company got bought over and changed to another store. So I do have some experience managing people.
Why should we choose you over another member’s application?
Because I am a very active player. At least a few hours online every weekday. If I see players with questions I always try to help them, they can always come to me with any question. I'm always down to help, if I can't help them I contact a staff member or even Monk if needed. Also im down to suggest things to make the server even more fun.
In a short paragraph, please explain what you’ll bring to the server with this position and what you hope to achieve:
I intend to bring players together, by hosting events for example. I want the people to feel free to ask anything they need to know to enjoy the game as much as I do. I don't expect a lot would change if I'd become a support member. I'll always stay myself, just the ''job'' as a helper in that case.
Do you understand that if you break rules, abuse powers, or turn out to be a horrendous Staff Member, you will be demoted and might have possible further actions taken against you depending on your actions?
I do understand this for the full 100 percent, of course.
